Lake Minnetonka Figure Skating Club offers:

What does it mean to be a member?

Each LMFSC member is a registered member of United States Figure Skating. USFS dues are paid by LMFSC with part of the LMFSC membership fees. USFS and LMFSC memberships run from July 1st to June 30th of the following year. It is the responsibility of each skater to return membership forms on time to insure eligibility with USFS for testing and competitions. In order to be able to test or compete you must be a member of USFS.

If a family has more than one skater, the second skater joins as a "Subsequent Membership" at a reduced fee.

Persons can be associate members of more than one USFS club, but only one club will be designated as their "home" club.

There are costs and obligations that accompany membership and/or contracting for ice. These include but are not limited to a minimum service requirement for membership, the purchase of one session of club ice by each Youth/Synchronized skater (first year members, associate, adult and collegiate members are exempt from this) and, if contracting for ice, a minimum ice monitoring requirement.
