The LMFSC Board of Directors is comprised of nine volunteer members, elected at the annual May General Membership meeting. Board terms are three years. In addition to handling business aspects of the Club, directors are responsible for membership, testing, synchronized skating, fundraising, coordinating volunteers, representation at TCFSA meetings and coordination of club ice.

Board meetings are held monthly on the third Tuesday of each month, at 7 p.m. at the Minnetonka Community Center. If for any reason the date is changed or the meeting canceled, a notice will be posted on the LMFSC bulletin board and website. LMFSC members are welcome to attend these meetings. The meeting minutes are posted on the LMFSC bulletin board. Sensitive items are discussed between the board members only.
